The Health PB1 can be both a racing shoe and a hybrid shoe, halfway between racing flats (commonly known as "flying" shoes) and training shoes—the choice is yours! Weighing just over 200 grams, they offer great flexibility, more than enough responsiveness for low-speed running, a durable and grippy outsole, plenty of cushioning for a shoe of this style, a wide last combined with a good fit and firm foot support, and a breathable and pleasant-to-the-touch upper. Clearly, you'll enjoy and get the most out of them when pushing them, whether in competition or short, fast training runs. But don't think they're only good for that, because they can perform almost as smoothly and effectively on longer runs, up to a half marathon or even a marathon if you can run comfortably at paces of 4:15/km or faster. For those runs, you'll surely appreciate the extra cushioning and comfort offered by their thick insole and the... The slightly oversized footbed will allow you to rack up long distances without discomfort to the soles of your feet. If you'll primarily be using them for competition or would like them to be a bit more aggressive, you have the option of the Health PB1 Pro. While sharing much of their philosophy with these Health PB1, they are a few grams lighter and offer a bit more responsiveness, as well as a more aggressive sole, without excessively sacrificing aspects such as cushioning and comfort.
